Where are the TOTAL showrooms in Jordan?
Our showrooms are in Amman — Al-Bayader (Workers' Street), Al-Wehdat (Madaba Street) and Sweileh (opposite Elba House) — and in Aqaba (Al-Tabari Street). The authorised service centre is on the Ring Road in Abu Alanda.
What are your opening hours?
Saturday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
How do I get a price or check availability?

Do you quote for companies and contractors?

Do you deliver across Jordan?
Yes, to every governorate: within 24 hours inside Amman and 48 hours elsewhere, with SMSA Express, and cash on delivery is available.
How do warranty and repairs work?
The authorised service centre in Abu Alanda receives products bought from us that are within the warranty period stated on the invoice. The product is inspected and a repair report prepared; labour is free and you only pay for parts if needed, with your prior approval.
Do TOTAL 20V batteries fit all cordless tools?
TOTAL 20V lithium batteries and chargers (P20S platform) fit TOTAL cordless tools of the same platform, so one battery runs your drill, grinder, saw, blower and more. Some tools are sold without battery and charger — this is marked on each product page.
